For the third time in five years a record field (111 players) will take to Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa’s signature Mountain Ridge course for the Michigan Women’s Open, August 3-5. Now entering its seventh year at Crystal Mountain, the Michigan Women’s Open had record turnouts in 2005 and 2007 but this year’s field will eclipse those milestones by nearly 20 players. Six former winners will pursue their share of a $40,000 purse in this year’s 54-hole championship. Live scoring for the Michigan PGA Women’s Open will be available at www.crystalmountain.com for all three rounds.
