At Café Manitou, you’ll find a selection of grab-n-go salads and sandwiches and from the grill, local brats and hot dogs to please the pickiest eaters, as well as more adventurous– and healthful fare– for more refined palates.

Executive Chef John Piombo’s food doesn’t need any help, but we still think it tastes better with the sun setting over Lake Michigan. That’s exactly what you’ll find at Café Manitou, where Chef John will be preparing dishes in his signature style this summer.

If upscale, casual dining isn’t any every night kind of thing, we’d encourage you to try one of our “Summer Suppers,” a brand new program, designed to offer family-friendly dining that helps our guests connect and relax together. Every night will feature themes ranging from a pizza party to an old-fashioned fish boil. They’ll be located in different parts of the resort, but the welcoming atmosphere, live entertainment, and delicious food will stay the same.
